The Beginning of the adventure=D
On the 13th of November Andrew, Wendy and Rohan Flanagan will attempt to ride their unicycles from Cooran to Cooroy to raise money and awareness for the Hope for Himalayan Kids charity. Their ride will start at 7am on Saturday morning in Cooran, they will ride to Pomona and take a break to collect donations and sell raffle tickets in a draw for a quality German QU-AX 20” Unicycle generously donated by Unicycle Online. From here they will head onto Cooroy to hopefully finish at noon. For Andrew and Wendy the ride will end here but for Rohan this is just the beginning. This ride will signal the beginning of his 2 month unicycling adventure in Nepal as a Youth Ambassador for Hope for Himalayan Kids. He leaves for Nepal at the end of the month with his unicycle and his big smile to assist Hope for Himalayan Kids on the ground. Yesterday was another beautiful day on Cooran so Wendy and I did a 12km training ride, today I am experiencing moderate pain and Wendy is still asleep :)
